FaMiFA – FAbrication for MIcrofluidic devices For All

A

Abstract

Reaching higher resolution in photolithography has always been a goal. Several developments are today full microelectronic for instance. Those developments are most often very costly and/or too difficult to use. Up to also not a strong necessity in the biological field to reach submicrometric resolution. But as we are answerin complex questions, the need to have highly controlled microdevices raises. FaMiFA (Fabrication of Microde project is dedicated to answer this call. We need to master the mold fabrication over a large span of XY reso nm to several dozens of microns). We need it to be fast, reliable and easily accessible for the user.
